DTI Station Information

We would love you to join us this summer. We’re passionate about seeing young people meet Jesus and fearlessly follow Him, believing that nothing is impossible with God. We call the main exhibition area The Station. The aim is to equip our delegates with a wide range of resources and opportunities.

We’re expecting a total of up to 5000 people this summer and we hope The Station will be a popular place to be. Dreaming the Impossible is aimed at 12-18 year olds and will be taking place at Staffordshire showground.

On this page, you’ll be able to look at the different exhibiting options available as well our Terms and Conditions.

We hope to see you in the summer!

What is the Station?

The Station is a central hub at DTI for charities, vendors and organisations to come and exhibit. The Station is a place where young people can come and be equipped with resources and information that will help them passionately pursue Jesus back home after DTI.

How much space will I have for my exhibit?

There are two exhibit sizes that we offer:

3x2 metre pitch or 6x2 metre pitch

Of course, if you need more space you are welcome to book multiple pitches.

How much does it cost to exhibit at DTI?

For exhibitors, the costs are as follows:

3m x 2m pitch: £800

6m x 2m pitch: £950

Registered charities are eligible for a 40% discount on the prices quoted above.

What's the difference between an exhibitor and a vendor?

We define an exhibitor as a team who are coming to showcase the work of their organisation or charity and share information and opportunities with those that are attending. We define a vendor as a business or organisation which is attending the event purely for commercial purposes.

What will be included in my pitch?

Each pitch will be given a trestle table, 2 chairs and access to a 13 amp socket.

If you don’t require any of these, just let us know and we can arrange for your pitch to be left clear.

What else is included in the booking fee?

The exhibit fee includes 2 free passes to DTI for exhibitors and vendors. More passes are available for exhibitors if required, however these will be charged at £52.00 per ticket. The booking fee also includes camping space for the week in the team/exhibitor camping area. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for exhibitors, so you will need to provide your meals during DTI.

What is the deadline for booking my pitch?

All exhibitor applications must be submitted by 30th June 2025.
