Here is a list of organisations that can champion you in different areas where you may need extra support.

Bullying

Kidscape - Offers support and information for young people experiencing bullying.

Childline  - Being bullied? Feeling worried or unsafe? Whatever you're going through, we can support you. 

Online Safety

Internet Matters helps you to have a safer online experience and build up your resilience to get the best out of the digital world. 

Report Remove - Helps young people to confidentially report sexual images and videos of themselves and remove them from the internet.

Sleep

Teen Sleep Hub - provides support help you get the sleep you need.

APP - Calm → This app is for Sleep, Meditation and Relaxation. 

Your Health 

ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing team for confidential advice and support.

Health for Teens allows you to find out more about health, including feelings, growing up, mental health, lifestyle and sexual health.

Mental Health 

If you are concerned for your safety due to psychological distress, call 999 or visit your local A&E.  For all other mental health enquiries, you should make an appointment with your GP. Call 111 if you need immediate non-emergency advice.

Hands On Scotland - provides help and practical advice for supporting children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Kooth offers individuals a safe community to support their mental health.

On My Mind | Anna Freud Centre - To empower you  to make informed choices about your mental health and wellbeing.  

Beat is a website dedicated to Eating Disorders.

Anxiety

APP - Headspace → This is a mindfulness app with some free content available to help cope with all that is going on.  Free for the unemployed.

APP - Clear Fear →  This app can help you with your physical responses to Anxiety or Fear.

Anxiety UK - Access support, therapy at reduced cost and self-help.

No Panic  is a charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders. Crisis Number Recording of a Breathing Technique: 01952 680835 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

Self Harm 

Self Harm UK  is a self-harm charity run by Youthscape (a Christian charity)
