Report Remove - Helps young people to confidentially report sexual images and videos of themselves and remove them from the internet.

Teen Sleep Hub - provides support help you get the sleep you need.

Your Health
ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing team for confidential advice and support.
Health for Teens allows you to find out more about health, including feelings, growing up, mental health, lifestyle and sexual health.
Mental Health
If you are concerned for your safety due to psychological distress, call 999 or visit your local A&E. For all other mental health enquiries, you should make an appointment with your GP. Call 111 if you need immediate non-emergency advice.
