DREAMING WHAT?
WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
Dreaming the Impossible is a youth movement for young people aged 12-18 from churches and youth organisations everywhere. It is open to all streams, networks and denominations and is run by Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.
We’re passionate about seeing young people meet Jesus and fearlessly follow Him, believing that nothing is impossible with God.
Our gatherings are unashamedly all about Jesus but we try and make everything accessible for those with no or little experience of church.
DTI is about inspiring and equipping young people to love God, love others and change the world. Our heart is that young people would encounter God at DTI and leave our gatherings knowing his love for them in a deeper way, and be ready to live out their faith back home being part of a local church.
Our programme is always rammed, but the thing we’re most excited about is seeing what God wants to do over our 5 days together. Every morning and evening we come together as family to worship Jesus, hear some great teaching from the Bible and spend loads of time learning how to pray for each other and hanging out in God’s presence.
Outside of the main meetings there’s load of time for the young people to hang out with their friends and make some new ones. They can choose to go along to seminars which cover lots of different topics as well as explore cafes, sports, music, films and other fun activities that go on late into the evening!

MEET THE TEAM
DTI is led by Susie Aldridge (DTI Lead Pastor). Serving alongside Susie to help lead all things DTI is Zeke Rink, as well as an amazing core team of youth leaders and operational staff from around the UK.
Susie Aldridge
Susie leads DTI and is based in Nottingham, where she’s been involved in youth work for over 10 years. She loves anything yellow and is almost always found wearing sunglasses.
Zeke Rink
Zeke has been involved in a variety of youth work roles for over 15 years. He is on the DTI senior team and works alongside Susie heading up DTI and the youth Network. He lives with his son Gabriel and his wife Ellie - who also happens to be his best friend! He loves football and good food.
Anna Sandell
Anna oversees all things operationally for DTI and tries to make all the DTI dreams a reality! Anna loves being with people and is always up for a chat! Anna is married to Phil and has 3 children who she loves doing life with.
Heinz Prinsloo
Heinz lives in Nottingham, drinks too much coffee, loves quiche and his most used app is Instagram. He looks after DTI comms and design.
Liz Harden
Liz oversees safeguarding at DTI and is based in Leeds. She has been involved in youth work over 20 years. Liz is married to Ian and has four daughters. The family also foster young people and love it.
Aaron Smith
Aaron is part of the DTI senior team, works in Birmingham and has been in youth work for nearly 20 years. Aaron is married to Aimee and has a daughter Olivia and he once lived in Ibiza!
Pauline Owoo
Pauline is our new ministry assistant. She loves drinking pour overs in local coffee shops on her days off. One of the highlights of her week is hanging out with her youth group on a Tuesday night
Beth McNeil
Beth oversees DTI worship with Jon and after many years at uni, Beth is nearly a Doctor! When she’s not working in hospital or worshiping, you’ll find her having coffee with friends, at a spin class or watching a property programme!
Jon Solway
Jon oversees DTI Worship with Beth. Based in Birmingham with his wife Bethany, Jon loves music, American Football, and summer barbecues!
Lara Sokunbi
Lara is a youth pastor based in South London and has been working with young people for the last 4 years. She loves being creative, her favourite colour is black and she often does a happy food dance before eating.
Andrew Yule
Andrew oversees evening entertainment as part of his role on the DTI core team. He is a Youth Pastor in Falkirk as well as working full time in the finance world! He loves his wife, his two boys, Jesus and food!
Dan Cozens
Dan oversees all things production at DTI. He’s passionate about seeing young people grow in their relationships with Jesus, and would love to see ‘ketchup’ included as one of your five a day.
Ben McCalla
Ben is a science teacher and volunteer youth leader in Nottingham. Ben loves his wife and kids, seeing young people meet Jesus, and getting the crowd hyped at DTI!
Ollie Ryan
Ollie Ryan is a Youth Pastor in Nottingham, is married to Rhea, and is involved with hosting and new Christians at DTI. He loves football, and could be the most competitive person at DTI.
Matt Dagnall
Matt is part of the operations team for DTI, and especially enjoys looking at tickets and bookings! When he's not doing that, he works with Students at Trent Vineyard in Nottingham, or may otherwise be found thinking about cricket.
Katie Howard
Katie is part of the operations team for DTI and is also doing the discipleship year at Trent Vineyard in Nottingham. She loves all things music, secretly dreams of being on Strictly one day, and is always up for a laugh.
