Additional Needs Team
We aim to make DTI accessible and inclusive to all, and the Additional Needs Team is there to do just that. The team will be based in 'The Space', our sensory room where young people can drop in for an allocated time throughout the day; this is a quiet safe space to relax. The team will be on hand to chat to the young people and support them throughout the week. Team will also be based in a space towards the back of the main meetings where youth can come to engage with the sessions in a calmer environment. We are looking for a personable and friendly team who have experience working with young people with additional needs. Whatever the need we want every young person to feel welcome and accommodated for at DTI.

Cafe Team
We have four cafes onsite at DTI to keep us all supplied with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milkshakes and loads of cakes! Each of the cafes has a unique feel and are all great spaces to hang out, play board games, eat, drink, charge your phone and build community. The cafes host a variety of evening entertainment, from quizzes to live music. Our wonderful cafe teams will be working to serve food and drinks, keep things clean, and will help to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
The cafe teams will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

Campsite Hosts
Campsite Hosts are central in building community at DTI. The campsite is divided into four coloured villages. Each village is hosted by 8-10 campsite hosts from a central marquee in their campsite. Campsite Hosts will practically and pastorally support youth groups throughout DTI from arrival to departure. This will include, registering groups, helping pitch tents, providing a listening ear and praying with youth leaders as they support their youth throughout the week. Campsite hosts will also be a central point of contact for those groups at DTI.

Catering Team
The catering team are the absolute legends that work behind the scenes to keep our 500 strong team fed and watered. The catering team will be helping our chefs prepare and serve meals and will work a range of shift patterns to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of our wonderful team. The team will aid with the food preparation, cooking, serving and washing up. We are particularly looking for people who are used to a kitchen environment either as a kitchen porter, pot washer or enjoy catering and hosting a welcoming dining experience!
Team will need to be on site on Friday midday 1st August. This is particularly important for this role so that the team can ensure everyone is fed on Friday evening!

Chat Room Team
The Chat Room is a space to do just that! It is a safe space where young people can come and chat through anything that’s on their mind. For some young people this may be the forum to process what they have heard in the main meetings and for others this could be a space for them to talk about situations at home, school, mental health or whatever else is on their mind. We want all of the young people to be heard and to feel comfortable sharing with the team. We are looking for a team who are friendly, personable and long to see young people thrive.
The Chat Room Team will work closely with the Connect Team who handle any welfare/ safeguarding issues that arise.
The Chat Room Team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

Connect Team
The Connect Team’s role is to practically and pastorally care for some of the most vulnerable young people at DTI. In order for all of the young people to feel safe at DTI our connect team is on hand to assist those who come to DTI with complex issues or those whose issues resurface during the meetings and in ministry time.
As a member of the connect team you will be responsible for following our safeguarding procedures when dealing with issues of child protection that may come to light at any time during the events, and keeping detailed, confidential records of these conversations. You’ll also be on hand to give advice to other team leaders, delegates and youth leaders on the matters of child protection and abuse.
Team members must be in a profession such as social work or counselling/psychology and if this is you we would love to hear from you. Team should be experienced, professional and capable of dealing with complex and difficult situations in a sensitive and confidential manner, and able to produce appropriate documentation.
The connect team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

Control Team
The Control Team at DTI HQ works to ensure DTI runs smoothly. They are responsible for overseeing site logistics, responding to radio queries, communicating with teams onsite and carrying out many other unseen roles. The control team will need to be great at problem solving and have excellent relational skills, and will also need to be good at keeping calm and logical should any issues arise.
The Control team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August.

Dream Kids Team
Whilst DTI is aimed at young people, we long for our 0-11’s to meet and encounter Jesus. The Dream Kids team will be responsible for creating a fun, accessible environment for the kids to worship, learn about the Bible, experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit and explore what it looks like to be sold out for Jesus.
The Dream Kids Team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

DTI HUB / Info Desk Team
This team is for everything DTI! You'll be taking part in two of our most happening areas: merchandise, and the info desk. Maybe you're a master seller and can advertise our t-shirts, maybe you can make the whole merch area look amazing, or maybe you love answering people's questions. This team has a number of different areas, so whatever your skills, this team will be a fun place for you to be a part of during the week (especially if you love talking to people!)
The DTI HUB / Info Desk Team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

Entertainment Team
We have so much entertainment and activities going on at DTI, and we'd love you to be a part of that! There is always something fun going on either in the warehouse, on the field, or in one of our evening venues. If you want to be involved in planning, preparing, and delivering anything from an assault course, to a quiz night, this is the team for you. Make sure you can bring the hype!
The entertainment team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

Equip Team
At DTI we will always make lots of space in our meetings for young people to meet with Jesus and encounter the Holy Spirit. Our heart is that all young people and youth leaders are equipped to pray for each other because we believe that “everyone gets to play”. We also recognise the need for a team who are experienced in ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit to come alongside and assist where needed. The equip team will be on hand to assist with ministry in the main meetings and some seminars throughout DTI, and should have sufficient experience in prayer ministry within their local churches and contexts.
The Equip Team will need to be onsite on Friday 1st August for team dinner ahead of the Dream Team briefing, prayer and worship.

First Aid Team
Our Medical Team is here to provide 24 hour cover throughout the event. The team will consist of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics and other frontline clinicians, and First Aiders who will be supported by a small administration team. The team will be responsible for delivering first aid in the main meetings, at the medical centre or outside during the activities. There will always be senior medical leadership to advise and support you. Ideally you will be available for the full event but if you are only able to attend for part of the event, due to work commitments, we would still love for you to apply. In the additional comments section of your application form please let us know your availability.
Requirements
For registered clinicians you must have full and current professional registration. Doctors should have evidence of GMC registration and medical indemnity cover. Your insurer should be aware that you are working in a voluntary capacity at this Event. Paramedics, Nurses and other registered individuals should be able to demonstrate current HCPC/NMC or similar registration that is free from any current sanctions. First Aiders must be able to prove they have a current First Aid at Work (3 day) or Paediatric First Aid (2 day) qualification. Administrators will need to be confident users of the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc). All team members will need to have recent experience appropriate to their role and be able to supply two personal references and a professional reference confirming their suitability. A copy of our Safeguarding Policy and Procedures will be supplied to every team member prior to the event. It is required that the provisions contained in this are rigorously adhered to.

Handy-People/Plumbers
We need people to help us turn a field into a festival! There's a large range of things that need setting up on the site and maintained throughout the week, including plumbing jobs, making, creating and fixing. This team will work alongside the Logistics Team during the course of the event and should be on hand to assist with jobs that arise. If you have any specialist skills that could help us in this area, we'd love to hear from you.

Host Team
The Host Team will be on hand during the main meetings and seminars to ensure that the practicalities of hosting thousands of young people runs as smoothly as possible. The Host Team will be responsible for stewarding the fire escapes, checking wristbands and being a point person during the meeting for any questions or concerns.

Link Team
We are passionate about every single young person that comes to DTI regardless of their faith background. The link team will be based in the Dream Cafe during the main meetings and be available to connect with young people who may not want to attend or engage with the meetings for various reasons. The link team will have many opportunities to chat, share Jesus and pray with the young people they meet.

Logistics Team
Our Logistics Team heads up the logistics of all the transportation and movement of stock and items required all over the site at DTI. From receiving deliveries to coordinating the storage and distribution of stock and other items around the site, this team does it all! We need men and women who would like to drive a buggy, enjoy routine tasks, are good with lots of spontaneous tasks and errands that come up, and are organised and happy to respond to urgent requests for stock to help facilitate the smooth running of the event. If you are up for a more practical role on site, this is the team for you.
The logistics team will need to be onsite on Thursday 31st September to help organise items and stock as it arrives on site leading up to the event.

Night Stewarding Team
Our heroic night stewards will be awake all night patrolling the showground and car park to ensure the rest of us can sleep in peace. If you are up for staying awake all night and perhaps telling the odd young person to go back to their tents then this is the team for you! The night stewards will be on hand to assist with any emergencies throughout the night. If you are only able to serve DTI for one or two nights due to work commitments or preference, we would still love for you to apply. In the additional comments section please let us know your availability. The shifts will run from 11pm-6:30am and start Saturday eve.
Shared accommodation will be provided for you free charge off site as a huge thank you for keeping our site and delegates safe all through the night when most of us are sleeping!

Prayer Room Team
At DTI we highly value teaching our young people prayer in its different forms, so the prayer room is a space which encourages young people to explore different ways to pray for the people and world around them. This team will be based in the PRAY venue and will facilitate a space for young people to pray and seek God in various creative ways, and we would love a team of people willing to be based in this room to help facilitate this environment.

Production Team
The Production Team works behind the scenes at DTI to ensure that the main meetings and seminars look and sound great. The production team will work across multiple venues to ensure the smooth running of the AV. Production will also be on hand to meet speakers and help them with any tech requirements. You will need to have had sufficient prior experience working in AV to serve on this team. Arrival times for the Production team will be staggered from the morning of Thursday 31st July. We will be in contact upon receiving your application of your exact arrival time.

Setup Team
The Dream Team needs you! This is a crucial role as setting up for DTI is going to need a lot of volunteers. This team will be first on site and will help with the initial setup of site infrastructure. We have merely days to set up the entire site, so we are looking for servant hearted practical people to join this team. The setup team will need to be onsite from Thursday 31st July to the evening of Friday 1st August.
Setdown Team
The Setdown Team will be the heroes that come to support our teams at the end of DTI to help us set down the site and support the teams who are ready for a rest. Set down will involve a range of tasks from removing cafe stock, cleaning venues to reloading the containers. Being on this team requires loads of enthusiasm and energy! The setdown team will need to be onsite on Wednesday 6th August until the afternoon of Thursday 7th August.
Sports Team
At DTI we love sports! If you are passionate about sports such as football, basketball and netball, then this is the team for you! You’ll need to have loads of energy for “reffing” the tournaments and encouraging young people to get stuck in.

Stewarding Team
The Stewarding Team are our onsite heroes that help out with a variety of jobs onsite. From stewarding all the entertainment and activities, to walking around the site and making sure everyone is having an amazing time, this team is essential to the smooth running of the event. This is a great team to be on if you love to chat to people, and you'll get a good idea of what goes on during the week as you’ll be here, there and everywhere throughout the week!
